Food serving times can change at short notice, and we are very often full to our capacity, we would always recommend booking a table to avoid any disappointment on arrival. We try to be as accommodating as possible with all visitors, however are booked guest will always have priority.
Please note that the check-in times must fall within our opening times, as per your confirmation email, should you wish for an earlier or later check in, please give us a call to arrange key collection where possible.
Disabled access is limited from the car park entrance, please use the front door where we will be happy to assist if required, there is 3 steps from the front door to the bar area.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome here at The Cross Keys, we ask that you keep the dogs on leads at all times. Dogs are not permitted in areas with carpet please, this allows us to keep some areas pet free; however there is plenty of other places for your four legged friends to go. Please advise when booking if bringing a dog.
All food is freshly prepared on the premises where possible, we are committed to using local suppliers, we even grow our own fruit and vegetables for the kitchen. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and keeping food miles to a minimum. Should you like more information on our suppliers please ask when ordering. We can cater for a variety of dietary requirements; our menu is 95% gluten free. Please speak to the staff with any concerns you have and we can go through each dish with you. Making us aware of allergies when ordering ensures the dishes we deliver are tailor made to suit your requirements.
